100% AUT, the winning difference between gold companies for me is the average grade in case of AUT it’s 11.6g/t as we all know so far , BGL has also got an average grade of 11.6g/t. What that says to major investors who start buying around $1 is we have a compact high grade resource open to all ends and width , we’ve fought off any opportunistic T/O challenges etc. Cost of mining and processing will be lower than average because of the high grade, more profit = higher share price. That’s the language they understand.
You have to put yourself in their shoes , you have $500 mill in your acc. you don’t have to risk a dam thing so you’re going to be extra extra cautious. Mainly so you don’t look like a fool.
Eg. I was talking to a friend the other day who bought some gold co for $2/share ( was oversold) he put in $1 mill, went up to $6 , he made $2mill. I said not bad not bad, nice nice, now sell & buy BGL at $1 coz they’re at 11.6g/t average & growing. He sold the $6 gold co and started buying BGL because he knows they’ll have tremendous broker support.
That’s why it’s hard for juniors to break through and it’s always the high grade & large ounce count that will be the determining factor of a junior succeeding.
In this case AUT. Makes sense?
