Dunno how none of you have averaged down, I had my average at 7.5c during the boom and now it's at 2.1c
There's value in gold and there's massive unrealised value in the GCC.
I think many have lost sight that DRE is an EXPLORER, these are very very risky plays to invest in, if you want rock solid performance and returns, there's bonds and term deposits. Relax and enjoy the ride.
