re: Ann: High Grade Gold Mineralisation confi... this is a bullish announcement for KGL. Not so much about the find but rather that the company is still investing in Kyrgyzstan. In my opinion, KGL sinking more money there is a sign that they are not going to lose Andash.
On a side note, local election has completed with SDPK getting widespread support and winning Bishkek (key city). I can't speculate on Talas as Resplubika won it and they are not part of the ruling coalition anymore. Eitherway the party that is causing the most trouble, pro-nationalist Ata-Zhurt has only managed to win one city and even failed to win Jalal-Abad (where most of the protests started). Election results show that people are growing sick of pro-nationalists causing trouble and they want jobs. Recent protests have only garnered 1000 people and more likely in protests of their leaders being locked up for inciting unrest. Lock em up good i say!
