    AP is conserving cash, probably waiting on results from the black bags and from the deep DD holes.
    Once we are cash flow positive from the HL operation, he can then real ramp up drilling or if we have a major re-rate then he can do a CR at prices which are multiples of what it is now.
    I trust his judgement.
