They know S/H'ers know that they were most likely bullshitted about Alaskan drilling last year and the BoD know that spruiking the old AUL tenements is now pretty worthless as no new blood is coming on board to a proven loss making entity.
Now a new spruik with low mileage to try and attract the all important new mug investor...
This BoD is even sinking lower than i ever thought, but then GREED is what keeps these types of plays going/alive
