Can the auditors and evaluators guarantee they have sighted the plant - Then Yes !
Ask yourself how can they value a 2nd hand modular plant without viewing it and they would need independent mechanical engineering and metallurgical reports supporting its purchase value. Id imagine they would have to revisit the evaluation once CLZ need to scale up to a higher throughput. remember these audits happen every quarter.
