Yes it's underperforming but you seem to be using inflammatory and incorrect facts to prove your point.
Also, I am not sure if you have ever coached a footy team or taught a bunch of kids. Believe me that yelling at them when they are underperforming and pointing out all their faults doesn't do a damn thing to help them improve. In fact it makes them worse.
Whats that? IGR is not a kid. They can do better? Maybe. But what is it they should do for now and the future? What positive contribution can you make to help?
Dragging up the past and what they coulda shoulda mighta done is wearing pretty damn thin.
