the amount of shares on issue is irrelevant.
Its the market cap or value of the company that determines the share price not the other way around which is what you are suggesting.
SIR was a $7m company and is now valued at 186m due to recent findings, the share price shall adjust accordingly to the value of the company.
If ABU is valued at $500m the share price shall eventually triple, if it is valued at $140m it will stay the same.
So the amount of shares on issue is relevant but it is relevant to the market cap.
The market cap wont stand still because there are too many shares on issue. They both adjust accordingly.
