Selling often triggers further selling by short term traders who often believe the other sellers must know something.
The selling feeds on itself.
More often than not they don't know something we don't know and when the sellers are done the price goes up.
I'm sure we have all seen that often enough.
Works both ways. How often does a stock go up hard and we don't feel easy about taking a profit in case someone knows something we don't?
Then it drops and we wish we took part profits.
You could just as easily sell now and wish you didn't in a few weeks.
I prefer to act on what is known. Others prefer to act purely based on charts but that leaves you open to manipulation on small stocks like this.
