Argent has well and truly cemented its Kempfield project as one of NSW’s largest silver deposits after upgrading resources by 28 per cent to 127.5Moz silver equivalent.

There is also a huge opportunity to strike gold in this drill program as management has mentioned over the years multiple gold occurrences across the land holding. The current drilling program will look to increase the size of the resource buy a further 30%.

The mineralised block models clearly outline the dimensions in which describe a clear connection between these 2 pits, with the overall strike distance nearly spanning 3km in length. An economical resource highlighting its favourable mining characteristics when it eventually comes time to put Kempfield into production.

In addition to the resource, there is a lot of valuable infrastructure attached to the deposit itself, Kempfield has its own water source, personal roads and power, all of which will help keep production costs down. With its EIS being completed and concession to mine being granted years ago, it is a sleeping giant in the making.

With a market cap of under $20 million it is not hard to see the value ARD offers.My short term prediction is that we see a re rate in the near future in line with the drill results from the drill program and we settle and trade at a market cap of $50-$70m, before silver explodes above $50 an ounce.

ARD is a proven performing stock when silver rises, won’t take much to see 10c given a resource upgrade is very likely in the short term.
