Don't think they will get much for it, more likely to be a royalty deal with GOR if they do in fact sell.
BRB - Breaker resources (very similar and tight corporate structure to MZM) sold their Yamarna ground to GOR for a song at the end of May 2016 to focus on their Lake Roe project. After bailing out their share price has run from sub 20 to a recent high of $0.75 with a multi over subscribed institutional fund raising about a week ago at $0.50.
