    Not just 5m in cash, Andy has made the specific point that the JV with SAR means that production is a very low capex proposition. However much that is, there's no reason to raise it until next year and the dliution will be minimal against what the market cap will be then.

    There are other reasons to raise capital but if you've got $5million in the bank and do it then it's almost certainly to get mates in and that would be a red hot buy signal.
