the management board of ARV outside the Chair has been replaced in recent years even the Tech director has been changed ..but like you say all those evil TOP20 S/H controlling the company yeah na..

I'm not sure you history investing across the ASX exploration sector but its been very common for some years to do placements at large discounts to insiders .... I've yet to see much positive posts about it esp from stale longer-term holders.. but bitterness your right up there
