I have heard of miners minting a round or bar as a dividend. That would be a heck of a maiden dividend! I say regular cash is fine if it's less complicated, there are definitely priorities over minting a gold dividend. Something like a half oz for anyone holding the equivalent value in shares, plus cash to make up the difference? Anyway, don't want to get side-tracked on that.
