Data room is a setup to have due diligence done for a JV, partner to buy in for a share or sell outright. Basically here is what we have and you can make an offer. Strange the one liner as generally you would get some info that x y or z companies are kicking the tyres but that info has not been noted. I would suggest they are looking for a partner so are highlighting they are interested in someone making a partnership.
