So does that mean once the SP is 4 cents the OARO are in the money, and when the SP is at 3 cents the OAROC are in the money?
I don't suspect the company to do a CR, they know once Peru gets up and running they'll have a constant source of money come in. And how much longer can that be delayed.
I'm thinking the company is predicting the sp to raise off the back of some news being released in between the next set of Halloysite results coming. Possibly crown exploration/ graphite news/JV
The other alternative would be a debt facility to buy time till Peru makes money.
Can someone run the figures at how much the company will receive if all the options are converted? I remember hearing 25m but not 100%?
