yes mate it does once a option hits strike range numbers spoken of you are then able to convert and brokers take their cut of the money and company gets the rest. this is why the price capping down do instos can pick as many as possible up and leave a little to push the price up to strike and then use profit of shares to convert you'll find it'll hit converting strike rate and hold at that for a bit for processing of option then dip down as they might sell some of the now shares as well once converted but at the end of they day won't be to much lower then what the strike price
