Also maybe in the past, KJ felt the need to carry the team since the other two didn't do a whole lot, therefore, putting his name to everything.

Now that ML and JM in on board, he might not feel the need to do so anymore. Positives of it is that, ML has a good track record of replying to emails = better SH communication, and this relieves KJ of having to directly deal with SH, which allows him to focus on what he does best.

I personally wouldn't see KJ not signing off announcements as an issue. If we didn't have his blessings, he would have most likely walked as soon as he found out the EGM results, but since BGS has been his baby, and the discovery and development of Goulamina will no doubt give him a very high status as a great geo, I don't think he will just throw it away because his mates aren't there anymore - he will want to see it through.
