If we are paying a managing director the sum of money he gets, then I would expect for him to at least acknowledge the fact the the share holders voted overwhelmingly to remove the board members, thus as the managing director of the company he should of been the first to thank the outgoing board for getting us to where we are, but to also throw his support behind and welcome the new board members.
Maybe he didn't approve of what transpired, (No doubt in my mind) maybe he doesn't like the new board, for whatever reason he needs to get on board or walk the plank.
Contractual agreement may have made it not possible for him to walk with the others, who knows, but I feel we will know soon enough as his contract is up for renewal, as well as from the previous announcement there appears to be a reshuffling on the cards.
Who knows, but we don't need any help with an uncertain managing director for us going forward.......

Maybe he will be united with his mates again!!!!
