Team the board change was never going to be a share price catalyst in and of itself, but rather a reset of the company down the right path. In my view the process that led to the removal of WW and HB - which I fully supported and believe was critical - would have made many people very sceptical about the stock, and especially the institutional type of investors you need on board to seriously rerate the share price. They hate messy board room brawls and instability. Perhaps the KJ absence is a factor here too.

The flow of news has been good (in fact, great), and as that flow continues confidence in the company will be restored. News on the gold will be a big plus.

But it will take time to get the confidence of the market back, and the big players wanting to accumulate this stock. That will happen, but for the next few months there is not much merit in my view of worrying about movements in the share price on the current low volumes. Unless you are buying some more
