@kevin103 why would CE entertain any TO offers or M&A when we are planning to release a larger resource in a few months time?
People like you seem to forget that CE isn't some retail investor that just wants a 70-100% jump should we get a TO offer at a premium.
He knows the value of what is in the ground and is happy to wait until the market turns.

So much desperation on this forum with people settling just so they can go into the green. Any bets most people will sell out way too soon on the next rise whenever that maybe. Could be 6 months could be a year, could be 18 months. But clearly everyone now is geared to just sell out when they make a slight profit. Then be too scared to buy back in as it makes new short term highs and miss out on the large gain. The only people that will ride this up are the people that have held through the worst.

And please save me the oh CE just wants his freebies. These freebies are the very reason why CE wants the most for the TO offer. If we go to $3 bucks. He will be set for life. Not too mention he can sell all his shares and no longer need to care about retailers. He has the most to gain.

Your new hot word is M&A but I would only announce that when I am able to come to the table with alot to offer to give the best chance of getting the highest premium. For someone that portrays himself as knowledgeable, you seem to have a pretty elementary understanding of how economics and business are done.
