The mail out has reached WA from here in Victoria so I expect those letters requesting help with the resolution have been received Australia wide and a few in New Zealand.

Now it is up those recipients to fill iit in correctly and email it before the Agenda is set.

The AGM notice has 28 days to go out before the AGM date so it will likely go out about 25th October.

If the resolution is in order legally and has the numbers it will be in the agenda along with a management statement as to not support it.
