The previous CEO struck the JV deal with FMR included in that deal was FMR option to mine Burbanks North to a depth of 35m containing estimated 22400oz gold (depending on recovery rate and before production cost etc worth about $70 million) with a permit to mine.
This mob came in and all we know is the JV was concluded mutually.
I guess the permit to mine is still active, does anybody know about these permits longevity?
