As good as it is I thinks todays announcement is just another step in PEN,s favour....in the meantime "buy the rumour sell the fact' as we have seen from the recent buying from low 4c range......i think its now about waiting for the traders to decide what to do which is usually PROFIT take and get ready for the next annoucment when ever that is...Just my opinion at this stage of the game
