Surely you would be fine writing anything that management supposedly told you relating to the company wenty. Unless:
A) You think/are alluding to the possibility that they told you inside info and/or arent fulfilling their continuous disclisure obligations.
B) They told you nothing new/of interest and you're deliberately exaggerating how interesting whatever they told you is.
C) You are making whole thing up
It pretty much has to be one of the above.
Surely you would be fine writing anything that management...
