LOL here comes JandJ to muddy the waters. RMX isn't going to produce halloysite, old foges mate. It's trying it's hand at HPA, like any other bunch of desperadoes with Tengraph and $5K for a ELA who can open a map of Western Australia and select a sub-block in the wheat belt that overlies granite.

What I find amusing about this announcement is that DSO is apparently something you have to screen quartz out of. It's not DSO if you have to beneficiate it.

It's yet another kaolin deposit with more 30-35% Al2O3, just like everyone else's stuff. Yawn. They're using IMO - reputedly the guys you go to for the metallurgy on HCl route HPA - and will discover, just like everyone else, they're being stung big bucks to do the same process route, with the same thermodynamic outcomes, as everyone else.

I can see it now for the PFS.
Dig. Crush. Screen out the quartz.
Calcine at 650 degrees, dunk in HCL.
Gas sparge to precipitate the intermediate product the aluminium hexachlorohydrate.
Three to five stages of serial purification.
Precipiate the HPA precursor.
Calcine at 1200 degrees to produce 4N HPA.

Bingo bango, simple as that, send IMO the bill for the same stuff they've done for all your competitors.

The HPA sector is getting very crowded now with kaolin. The hallyosite sector is getting very crowded. The world doesn't need 250Kt per annum of HPA,and only so much halloysite to catalyse fuels or whatever excuse you are all using to take a punt on these stocks.
