again I will reiterate the first catalyst for the rerate will be offtakes, followed by the release of the DFS followed by (hopefully) NAIF funding agreement. All 3 of these announcements as well as debt finance should be expected before any raising.
If you are waiting for low to mid 20's before getting back in you are expecting too much imo
