I know how something like this works because I've experienced it 100 times.
but if a quick lab examination is paid for, then i see it like many here, then the lab has to deliver. as a private customer, i would also assume paid delivery within the schedule. It goes without saying that the preparation takes time when the results are received, but since I am a project manager myself, this is not magic either.
In the end it wasn't harsh criticism either, just a, lets go EMC BOD, we're ready.
If something is to be expected much later, then you can also expect a brief notification from the company that things are not going as planned. wouldn't be a big deal, would it?
