the rampers have returned after a long break, in the meantime this has dived to new lows in the last month. all signs are that there will be concerted and coordinated effort to stiffen their pump over the next few weeks. its going to get milked by the sophisticates, and then lose 90% of its value (for the third time). like every other dismal pump these guys have offered to the public, its going to end at 0.1c.
this is likely this is the last cycle they will push before privatization and exit stage left, before any tricky questions are asked about their MO.
