    No disrespect but with $5 mil in the bank and over 7 quarters of funding, what makes you think a cr early next year?

    The way I see it, they have news flow on multiple fronts for the sp to be much higher should a cr eventuate. Also at a $40 mil mc, imho there is a lot more upside than downside
