You would think all this work done together they will come together to form a relationship that is fruitful to PLP shareholders and Lepidico Shareholders.

My guess is you want to be holding shares when this happens. Todays announcement obviously suggests PLP's due diligence results make it worthwhile for both parties to do a deal under their exclusivity agreement.
