An interesting question - what is TG6 looking for with these two...

An interesting question - what is TG6 looking for with these two holes near the road but 2km north of northern Burmeister drilling (and 3-4km north of most Burmeister drilling)?

If this was exploratory Burmeister north drilling, I'd have expected a series of perhaps 400m spaced single line holes and there are no further holes to the immediate north or south. This would most likely make the holes around regional geology or something related to Target A. That area didn't have outstanding soils so it is unlikely to be Tg6 identifying target F and drilling target F with no notification to the market around even the targeting of Target F.


The fact there's two holes and both were drilled indicates TG6 wanted to know the below ground slope of something. The holes are about 1.61km and 1.76km from RC1001 and the drill pads appeared soon after Target A drilling started. The white dot's indicating drilling appeared on the 3rd of July so they may have been in the lab for a month (assuming no back-up of processing which may have occurred).

The most interesting possibility is that TG6 doesn't yet have PoW approval for western step-out drilling of Target A but wanted to know if the Peg's hit in Target A continued to the west. They put down a ~300m RC hole and intersected a pegmatite or pegmatites. Having intersected that pegmatite they used the 2nd prepared pad to find the angle of the pegmatite at that point.

If they have done that and hit pegmatites, it would provide additional confidence to be making statements like the one below and also indirectly around Jaegermeister's size because currently reported drill results don't support it being of a similar size to the Burmeister's exploration target
