CXO's offer for CHR. As Tradedemon notes, its a low-ball, piddly offer. Two critical things this offer shows is that the companies with cash are interested in acquiring more cheap assets even when they have operations in C&M!!.

The second is that Core decided to offer for all of CHR rather than put in an offer for just the Finniss area assets adjacent to where Core has operations. While this may have been to make an all-script offer easier, it also reflects that they saw potential in the Lake Johnston area (otherwise Core would have just cherry-picked out the Finniss area assets). The new CE at Core was for many years running the lithium operations of MinRes so he know's a lot about WA lithium.
