Core update on the takeover for CHR is interesting. The offer has been on the table since 25 July 2024 so Paul Brown (ex MinRes) at Core initiated this before the similar PLS takeover of a smaller cousin deal was released.
Its clear Core are interested in both CHR's Finniss area assets and its Lake Johnston assets.
