It's not baffling at all IMO
Just that results were WAY less than anticipated
There was always something not quite right when raising 2 days after publicly announcing they didn't need to raise.
There was no real correlation either IMO with the circa 60ppm anomaly
who cares about 60ppm anyway
stocks that announce those anomalies are a dime a dozen
