I didn't vote for the Greens, but their policies on EV's will push Labor to embrace a more comprehensive EV policy if they want to get their legislation through the Senate. Labor will need to cut deals with the Greens to get their legislation smoothly through the Senate.

Greater uptake of EV's means increased demand for Lithium batteries.
Whilst BNR has a long way to go to become a producer mining Lithium, it has a positive effect on the whole lithium market. The Market is forward looking. A rising tide lifts all ships as it were.
