Stevie is suggesting that the high number buys such as the 5mil are placed there to give the appearance demand is there. It may or may not be true however this would be a form of manipulation just as the high number sellers at. 015 at 1mil could be seen as trying to drive the SP down, unfortunately there is no certain either case, just need to DYOR in the company rather than guess on supply and demand figures.
