Just to add to my last post, which i think worth mentioning.
There are 25 or so companies applying for the tenements directly north and south of RR1 here. Seriously, What does this tell us?
FMG and pretty much every one else in the area are in desperation to gain these tenements..
They aren't there wanting to set up a Coffee shop i can tell you, Although, an idea one day.
