Not sure I follow what you're saying....hypothetically if Delta wanted to acquire the RR1 tenement next to their project or go in for a JV they'd approach RR1 and the board would consider the offer and present it to shareholders to vote on and those shareholders can but are not limited to members of the board....
If delta were smart they'd try for a JV deal before RR1 drills because if results come back good then the price to acquire will go up significantly.
