Just a note that 100m+ intersects don't have to be DD. The primary motive for diamond drilling is to see the specific zoning of the pegmatite - how the spodumene crystallises and where it is concentrated. This is useful when developing an MRE, by increasing tonnage confidence to
measured from
indicated/inferred. The only other thing would be if you need to get deeper than ~300m, or if you think there are narrow veins below the surface that you need an accurate reading on, without dilution over a few metres. Of course in Uis' case, it's just a matter of finding out how much bulk tonnage there is out in those pegmatites, which is definitely a good thing. RC is great for a high tonnage average grade deposits. It's cheaper, and it's way faster.
From what I can tell, V1/V2 is about that size (maybe 1100m x 120m), similar strike length to multiple outcrops on Askari's tenements. Remember V1/V2 hosts Andrada's entire newly revised 81Mt at 0.73% Li2O. This means as long as our pegmatites have similar lithium zonation to Andrada's, then we could see similar tonnage, and the grade increased by about ~66%, to about 1.2% Li2O (due to spodumene hosted lithium rather than petalite). And this is only considering
one of the large pegmatite strikes we seem to have on our tenements.
