Fairly easy to upgrade to 40-45% Mn ore grade, its actually higher grade than OMH's Bootu creek mine. Look at E25 they will be mining 10% and EMN at 9%.
However its a poor decision of BYH management to agree to sell all the Mn ore rights for $5 million. Obviously they're desperate for money or extremely short sighted.
