Gee, there is some selling resistance. Each time a buyer's head crops up it gets the chop.
Are the sellers mainly holders who bought in on the gold news and are now getting out because there is bidding volume? If so, then that sort of activity will pass one day, but how long will it last?. The volume on that day was extremely high, so there should be still many holders from that day despite the probability that most trades were day trades in and out.
