    I have not seen any debt on the books. I am not sure where you have pulled that number from. The quarterly has already been published since the acquisition and no debt was recorded in the 28 April 5B report (7.1). According to the accounts the acquisition cost nothing up front and no debt taken on. Seems a great deal to me, especially given these recent grades announced.
