Turning? It has been since day dot, the Mayor of Vares even reported grades in the local paper before the company announced them at one point last year. Can't blame them, 60 odd local contractors all excited that their old dilapidated town has a new shine about it and they have a potential brighter future to look forward to. It's probably all they talk about.
