I'm NOT taking about morals (and I think you know that). I'm taking about what motivates humans to do what they do and how that can impact on our investment in this case. The landholder concerned might very well be tempted by the $$$ to grant land access but still not grant it because of what his/her family and friends will say and think. Its not rocket science. Its typical human behaviour that I shouldn't have to explain to you.
