So! How does that change anything? You've decided, because you're not one of the activists, that you would take the money without a fight because, ultimately, you can't win. But environmental activists, esp one who has started a facebook page to organise "the resistance" most likely wont think that way and will fight for as long as they can. I haven't yet checked out the FB page but Im betting you'll see lots of motivated people who fully understand that they're fighting against the odds. That's the reality IMO, whether you like it or not.
