My gutfeel is that to produce so many near surface deposits and with the decent geological controls often found in this area of the world, there is probably a pretty big source deposit just waiting there to be found. Some of the deposits in this area also go quite deep.... hence why a major may step in and chase the elephant rather than the rabbit traps.

i hope you're right since i now own quite a few shares. But it also means that MGV management should be chasing a much higher share price to avoid someone coming in with a bid for the company at lets say 60 cts and than stating we should be happy with that since its a 50% premium .
