Just be careful with your terminology - strike length means something totally different. The 522m is the intercept length, which is different again from the true width of the lower zone which they estimate is 265m (on the diagram on page 6).
Having said that, yes 265m of mineralisation is significant, especially if it is consistent along the 2-3km strike length of that lower zone suggested on the map on page 8.
And yeah I agree with the point above - the formatting is terrible. Should be bullet points and a map/section on the first page to set the scene, then get into the detail. Easy.
