U can't just increase the capital base by 50%.. what crap.
A company can do 15%.. some an extra 10% if it's got that facility.
Anymore than that has to be voted on by holders.. and any meeting requires 4 weeks notice.
Ppl should consider who bought all those shares today.. was watching the soak around 4c.. will make for an interesting day tomorrow.. i may even buy some..
