Sure.. everything takes time and money.
Half the stuff "pumped" on hc relates to permits not even granted.. just applications.. sometimes even by two competing companies.
There's just too many trolls around spreading false rumours about xyz.ltd simply in an attempt to move the sp for their own advantage.
For those investing for the longer-term.. in a company or project that appears to have fundamental appeal.. most is just "noise"..
